If wants to exist and compete against in the domestic market, product innovation is the clincher have to make the life insurance product more original let it become customization. This research is analyze on product innovation factors for Life Insurance Industry. This research cooperate to collect product innovation related literature to build research questionary, and conclude with four influencing Objectives and the 19 Sub-Objectives to related researches of product innovation for Life Insurance Industry. Then we applied Analytic Hierarchy Process to consideration the factor weight of product innovation. The result found that macro-economical、industrial economical、marketing and finance in four Objectives, it is the most important of the finance. And the factor by seeming to are the important consideration five factors of product innovation for Life Insurance Industry are EPS contribution、product ratemaking to be acceptant for customer、selling team has the condition of marketing or not、reduce company’ capital cost and business income contribution.
