Through the questionnaire survey, data were analyzed to test the significant differences and correlations among different backgrounds, the relationships of motivation systems, family conflict, work stress and job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Using data collected from the research method of questionnaire, information were analyed through SPSS. The subject in this study was given 500 questionnaires, 213 valid samples were returned. There were the relationships of motivation systems scale, family conflict scale, work stress scale, job satisfaction scale and organizational commitment scale. The research conclusions are as follows:1.Different background variables make marital status regarding organizational commitment vary greatly in some aspects.2.There were significant differences positive correlation exists between the relationships of motivation systems, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.3.There were significant differences negative correlation exists between family conflict, work stress and organizational commitment.4.The predict about the relationships of motivation systems, family conflict , work stress and job satisfaction to organizational commitment of the staff is significant.5.The moderating effect about the relationships of motivation systems and work stress to organizational commitment of the staff is significant. 黃開義 葉子明 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 162 zh-TW
