To study how it affects the behavior of an employee from different regions react to work values and motivational language of management. The study of object of this research is based on a Taiwanese manufacturer as an example. The result of 203 returned surveys effectively show that there is no significant differentiation on work values. Chinese managers tends to be more obvious to use motivational language than Taiwanese managers, especially in areas of empathy and formation of implication. The more you reinforce on empathy to communicate with motivation strengthen work values and job satisfaction towards positive relationship. Hence, the negative sides of work values and turnover intention will be reconsidered; Managers who use guiding method of motivational language are likely to weaken work values and turnover intention towards negative relationship.
