Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 96 === Abstract This study aims to explore the current states of and relationships between three variables: the leadership styles of class tutors; classroom atmosphere and attitudes of students to learning. These are considered in relation to a number of other factors. The present study is based on the results of a questionnaire. On the basis of cluster sampling, the questionnaire was distributed to second year students in national high schools and vocational schools in Nantou county. The data obtained have been analysed by statistic methods. The results of these analyses suggest the following conclusions: 1) Class tutors in high schools and vocational schools are comfortable with both transformational and transactional leadership styles, but generally they have more success with the transactional style of leadership. 2) In general, classroom atmosphere in high schools is pleasant and students have a positive attitude to learning. 3) By contrast, in vocational schools, both classroom atmosphere and the attitudes of students to learning are less than ideal. 4) There is a clear positive correlation between the leadership styles of class tutors, classroom atmosphere, and the attitudes of students to learning in both high schools and vocational schools. 5) The leadership styles of class tutors show clear predictability on class room atmosphere and the attitudes of students to learning. 6) There is a predictable relationship between the leadership styles of class tutors on the one hand and classroom atmosphere and the attitudes of students to learning on the other.
