Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系所 === 96 === The purpose of the research mainly is to investigate the relationships of the cognition of organizational change, job stress, and organizational commitment of the employees of the units of military non-staple food supply after the Jingjin Program. The employees of the units of military non-staple food supply were surveyed and SPSS Program was used for the factor analysis, the reliability analysis, the t-test, the single-factor analysis of variance, and the multiple regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. The results of the research are: 1.The gender and the working years are significantly related to the cognition of organizational change; the education and the working years are significantly related to the organizational commitment. 2.The identification commitment, making-effort commitment, and remaining commitment are significantly affected by the cognition of participation communication. 3.The identification commitment, making-effort commitment, and remaining commitment are significantly affected by the interpersonal relationship stress.
