Mrs. Zheng’s addition and subtraction fraction problems teaching activities were video-taped and transcribed into protocols for further conceptual analysis. Then, researcher compares with the difference between Mrs. Zheng’s addition and subtraction fraction problems teaching activities and Ideal teaching practice. According to the inspect of result to explain: A. The aspect on the grasping teaching material teaching (a)Mrs. Zheng can appraises the adjustment after the teaching material, suits the teaching goal the demand, becomes uses the teaching material. (b)Mrs. Zheng can quote and the design class topic strengthens the subject matter the effect (c)Mrs. Zheng can assign homeworks or practices to enhance the study effect. (d)Mrs. Zheng has not been able to grasp the suitable opportunities to proceed the teaching to go into deeply. B. The aspect on the promoting of the students learning (a)Before the subject matter , Mrs. Zheng can inspect the students’ prepared knowledge. (b)Mrs. Zheng can pose the task clearly. (c)Mrs. Zheng can’t help students to understand the meaning of the task actively. (d)When stundents having difficulties in sloving problems, Mrs. Zheng provide less help. (e)Mrs. Zheng has not been able discourse the result of student’ sloving questions. (f)Mrs. Zheng has less introspection for students. (g)Mr./Mrs. Zheng can give the successful opportunities to the different level of the students (h)Mrs. Zheng provides less help to the different level of the students. (i)Five accidental occurrences affect Mrs. Zheng’s teaching time. C. The aspect on the interaction between the teacher and students (a)The majority of students have participate in the activity. (b)Mrs. Zheng gives students praises or encourages (c)Mrs. Zheng’s convention of mathematics discussion is “when others speak, all should respect”.
