Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 國際經營與貿易學系 === 96 === The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between psychological contract, organizational adjustment, organizational commitment and personality (locus of control). This study focus on the employees from aquired banks after integration. A questionnaire survey was conducted in the first quarter of 2008. Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses in this research. The major conclusions are as follows: 1.Acquired bank employees’ perceptions of psychological contract fulfillment were significantly positive related to their perceptions of organizational justice. 2.Acquired bank employees’ perceptions of organizational justice were significantly positive related to their organizational commitment. 3. Acquired bank employees’ perceptions of psychological contract fulfillment were significantly positive related to their organizational commitment. 4. The moderating effect of locus of control in this research is not significant. Lastly, the academy and management contribution and implications of this study are explained and some suggestions for future research directions are recommended.
