| Summary: | 碩士 === 元培科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 96 === This paper identifies the best bancassurance alliance model from the customers’ perspective in the Taiwan area. Accordingly, the study adopts the modified Delphi Method and analytic network process (ANP) to construct an evaluation method and to verify its effectiveness. Based on the evaluations of the expert panel, the result presents that Financial Holding Company (FHC) is a best bancassurance alliance model, due to FHC is satisfy consumers a “one-stop shopping” demand. Finally, this proposal an evaluation criterion for determining the optimal alliance structure for Taiwan’s emerging bancassurance sector and provides high-level management of financial institutions, government supervisors, and academicians with recommendations for future development.
