Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === The purpose of this research paper is to study the company employee's behavioral relationship between Career Development and Organizational Royalty in the two region - Taiwan and Mainland China. Meantime, the paper also to compare the interference outcome of Career Development influence to the Organization Royalty in the this speci-fied two regions. Based on the statistic analysis, it comes to the following conclusion : Career De-velopment vs Organization Royalty. A positive trend observed for both two regions in Taiwan and Mainland China. The well in Career Development being recognized, the better in Organization Royalty being achieved. The interference of Career Development to Organization Royalty. No notable influence in Taiwan region. A significant influence in Mainland China region. Proposals made to the enterprises according to the R&D study : In order to obtain a good Organization Royalty, it is recommended to offer a well designed Career Devel-opment for each of the company employee. The employees then will contribute their talent and ability at their most and at the right time. The Career Development shall be better to include the items listed below : Em-ployee's personal characters and the specialty or ability, Training program, Personal promotion opportunities, Company vision and target.
