And via investigation to office staffs and field workers to explore the effect of organizational identification and organization fit on job burnout among the staffs with different work type.
This research is focus on office staffs and field workers of the life insurance. The research data were collected through questionnaire survey from office staffs and field workers of the life insurance. And retrieved 173 effective questionnaires altogether.
The result of the research show: the effect of organization fit on job burnout, it is apparent among office staffs and unapparent among field workers. This result conforms to the assumption of this research. It is obviously that the time length of interaction in organization will influence the effect of organization fit on job burnout.
And the effect of organization identification on job burnout, it is discovered to be unapparent among office staffs, but apparent among the field workers. It shows that the job burnout of office staff is free of organization identification, does not conform to the original assumption of this research. This research infers that it could be due to the field workers seldom appears in the company, the centripetal force and cohesive force for organization have quite apparent effect on the job burnout.
At last, this research proposes some suggestions according to the result of study for reference by managing practice and follow-up study.
