Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 企業管理所 === 97 === The goal of this research was first to re-examine the training process- ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) and further to develop a valid measurement about training design competences while human resource development (HRD) professionals engage in a training activity. This research conducted three studies with three different samples (N= 497) to construct and validate an instrument by an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results demonstrated that factor structure of training design competences was best represented by three dimensions: training planning, training outcome, and the consultation ability to work with subject matter experts (SMEs). Consequently, this study offers HR-related practitioners a valid instrument to develop their professionals, resulting in organizing an effective training program in the organization.
