Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業工程與管理學系碩士班 === 97 === In the era of knowledge economy, human capital is the important capital which enterprise can rely on and maintain the competitiveness, and also the source of power for continuous innovation. To stimulate the working intention of enterprise worker is one of the important tasks for an enterprise to elaborate their human capital. It emerges as an urgent issue to plan and implement a good compensation system to attract, recruit and keep competent employees in a company. More importantly, a good compensation system helps boost employees’ devotion, so that an enterprise can increase its competition through excellent employee performance. Taking 172 employees of the case study, as survey objects, this study aims at investigating the relations among human capital, compensation system and employee performance. Using the SPSS statistics software package to perform the collected data, descriptive statistical method, ANOVA, and regression are used to test the research questions. The research results showed:(1)human capital possess noticeably influence on the employee performance.(2)compensation system possess noticeably influence on the employee performance.(3)human capital is conspicuously interrelated to compensation system.
