A sample of 401 valid questionnaires was conducted and analyzed by the use of the SPSS software. The results found that psychological empowerment was significantly related to both organizational commitment and turnover intention, and the possible mediating role of psychological capital in these two relationships is conceptually hypothesized and empirically tested. In the present study, the results were found that these hypotheses were largely supported. In particular, finding that the psychological capital in management was partially mediated the relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational commitment and the relationship between psychological empowerment and turnover intention.
