The data was collected from 235 faculties of the comprehensive high school in Taoyuan. Results indicated that the attitude of organizational change was negatively related to job satisfaction. However, transformational leadership was positively related to job satisfaction. Finally, transformational leadership will partially moderate the relationship between the attitude of organizational change and job satisfaction, such that the higher shared vision, the stronger the effect of the attitudes of organizational change on job satisfaction.
