To integrate internal staff’s knowledge, build up positive organization climate, inspire staff’s potential in order to improve business performance are the ways to increase the competitive of the organization. The role of the leader is more and more important with current organization management. Through Knowledge Management to build up a keep on learning organization and lead the organization members to enhance their creation ability are the core mission and vision for the leader to lead the organization into a core competency development. This study is designed for exploring the progress of organizational climate after introducing knowledge management to the organization. With the exploratory and descriptive qualitative research methods, an insurance company is the case study target of this research. In addition to explore the relevant literature, participant observation and depth interview to collect information are the supplement methods of this study. On one side, from a full participant’s point of view to closely observe the research target member, on the other side, to make depth interview with the member of the key incident to fully understand the real inner thoughts and behavior of the target research member in order to explain the meaning of this research in order to catch the purpose of this study. It is observed that leader’s behavior is changed after introducing knowledge management, as a result, to obtain a positive organization climate. Accordingly, organizational performance is enhanced as well. Finally, based on the conclusions of this study, it comes up with specific proposals for the business and parties who would like to promote knowledge management as the reference.
