However, most of the preservative are harmful to the health of consumers because they may induce allergic contact dermatitis. Therefore, establishing a quick and simple analytical method for these substances in cosmetics products is important. In the study, an analytical method for the determination of six parabens (methyl-, ethyl-, propyl-, butyl-, isopropyl-, isobutyl paraben) in cosmetic water by molecularly imprinted monolithic column extraction and followed by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) is proposed. The optimal separation for capillary electrophoresis is 20% methanol, and 0.13mM of β-cyclodextrin in 25mM sodium tetraborate buffer solution(pH 9.1), and 20℃of temperature. Under the condition, linear range of concentration is from 0.3 to 10μg/mL, the correlation coefficients are up to 0.997 and detection limit is 20-120 ng/mL. The linear range of concentration in molecularly imprinted monolithic column extraction is from 0.03 to 0.5μg/mL, correlation coefficients are up to 0.995, detection limit are 0.6-3.1 ng/mL and enrichments is 12-65 fold. Finally, the recovery and reproducibility in the detection of parabens in cosmetic water with the optimal experimental conditions is good. The method can be used to detect the parabens in low concentrations. 楊慶成 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
