Further, it is examined the mediate effect of organizational commitment and the moderate effect of employee’s self-directed learning readiness. This study uses statistic methods, such as correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, and 185 employees’ sample data to examine the results that could provide managers to prevent employees from leaving organization. It is found that: 1.Servant leader’s behaviors have significant negative effect on employee’s leaving intention. The higher servant leader behaves vision and trust, the lower employees’ intention to leave. 2.Organizational commitment is completely mediating servant leader’s behaviors and employees’ leaving intention. 3.Employee’s self-directed learning readiness is the moderator of the relationship between servant leader’s behaviors and leaving intention.
