A total of 150 questionnaires was collected to analyse from a biotechnology company''s staff in Taiwan. The results are summarized as follow: 1.There was significantly negative relationship between Career Plateauing and Organizational Justice. 2.There was significantly positive relationship between Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction. 3.Organizational Justice had the mediating effect on the relationship between Career Plateauing and Job Satisfaction.
