Face of rapid change and uncertainty in the environment, members needs to trust each other; more organizations need staff with a high degree of stress to heart. Therefore, how to utilize mentoring relationship is established, to enhance the socialization of new employees and job satisfaction, thereby enhancing the overall performance of organizations, a modern management's top priority This study used questionnaires to study for the implementation of the apprenti -ceeeship system of financial business and operating two departmental officers This study distributed a total of 161 questionnaires were returned 115, the effective rate was 71.4%.The research results are: 1. The mentoring function of students received the higher, the higher the organizational socialization; 2. Apprentice perception of the students on job satisfaction are positively related; 3. When the mentoring function perceived social organization Cognition is higher, the mentoring function received the job satisfaction and will be affected; 4. apprentice perception of the students through the organizational socialization mediating effect of job satisfaction has positive relationship
