And the main functions of human resource management encourage strategic objectives implementation. For this purpose, formulation for human resources management mechanisms should be consistent with corporate business strategy profiles, then internal human resource practices and corporate strategic plan should be matched. Considerably, there are four purposes of this research have been developed as follows: 1. To understand the posture of corporate strategy, and identify the types of business strategy. 2. To understand the status of corporate human resource management, and classify the roles of human resource management. 3. To explore the status of corporate strategy and the role of human resource management in the case companies. 4. To explore the impact on organizational performance by mathing corporate strategy with human resource management roles. To meet the research purposes, this rearch will use exploratory research to formulate research propositions, and conduct the in-depth interview through six companies and derive the following conclusions: 1. In semiconductor industry company, diversified roles of human resources management are more inclined to be the change agent and administrative expert. 2. When corporate strategy is adjusted, human resources management roles will stretch gesture for help the company to achieve strategic goals. 3.Corporate strategy is crucial to propects strategy, compared with other business strategies, human resource management is more crucial to administrative experts. In addition, the study also find that top management focus and the company's operation conditions both affect the organizational strategies and human resource management. Beside, employee recognition level, business styles and staff quality, etc., those all will be connected with the match for cooperate strategy and human resource management.
