Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院碩士班 === 98 === This study aims at the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational identification and the moderating effect of organizational culture. Based on the literature review and the previous survey, the study builds the research framework and develop the research instrument. A total of 112 questionnaires were issued with 104 valid questionnaires received from contingent workers in K University. Data were collected through “Working condition of contingent workers questionnaire” and analyzed by the descriptive statistics analysis and hierarchical multiple regression. According to the results of the data analysis, the main findings are as following: 1. The contingent workers have a high-level degree of identity on the “charm impact” of transformational leadership. 2. The contingent workers tend to be “weal and woe feeling” of organizational identification. 3. Organizational culture of the sector is flexible and dynamic. 4. Transformational leadership significantly influences organizational identification at various levels. 5. Organizational culture significantly influences oganizational identification at various levels. 6. The interaction between transformational leadership and organizational identification is proven to have moderating effect on organizational culture. Based on the conclusions above, several recommendations are offered for managemential practice, relative department and further researchers.
