It will affect the employee’s loyalty, and high-performance staffs will leave his job to competitors. This study uses an auto company in Kaohsiung as sample. We want to analyze the effect of the change to a low commission rates to job performance. The results show: (1) when the reward system changes to a lower commission rate, it will reduce the incentive effect. Because their diligence gets low returns. Therefore, when the company reduces their commission, they must have some remedial measures. Otherwise, it will have bad outcome, and high-performance staffs leave; (2) after the implementation of the new plan, employees with high performance have more respond than employees with low performance.
