| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 商務經營研究所 === 98 === BCG matrix is divided to four quadrants and originated in 1970; there are cash cows industry, dog industry, star industry, and question marks industry. This research is using BCG matrix for analyzing tool to know the market grow up rate and possession rate. And also to know the correlation between operations achieves, profit abilities, company values, and stock remunerations. The research data is obtained from January first 2003 to December thirty first 2008, and the research object is Taiwan’s telecommunication Companies. This research’s result has proved that the market grow up rate and possession rate conspicuously correlate with operations achieves, profit abilities, company values, and stock remunerations. Furthermore we can know the competitions of Taiwan’s telecommunication Companies and analyze the place of it, then we can more realize this industry’s future.
