The interview outlines of this qualitative research were generated through relevant literatures reviewed. The representative of related companies in the value chain of H company which including upstream , downstream, and rival companies were chosen as experts to interview to collect data. The conclusions were obtained in the following: 1. H company had very strong relationship as partners with related companies in its supply chain. 2. H company was the first one who had complete advertising panel products and to satisfy customers in central part of Taiwan. 3. The leader of the H company had strong ambition and hired professional sales men to develop the market. 4.
