Summary:碩士 === 國立台中教育大學 === 事業經營研究所 === 98 === This study aims to examine the key success factors of LOHAS concepts and build an Kansei-Engineering-based evaluation model in cultural-industrial activities by adopting 5W1H and KJ method. Furthermore, this study based on Grey Relational Analysis as the research methods and the results will apply to the key success factors of Integrating Marketing. These results could provide important opinions in charge of activities in cultural-industrial activities by LOHAS concepts. This study utilizes Kansei-engineering and Grey Relational Analysis to progressively measure the relative weights and six key factors as regain nature, comfortable and balanced life, pure-simple life, diversity societies, green-life implement and explore the knowledge. In addition, this study establishes two dimensions including Relational-coincide Points and Marketing-coincide Points to represent environmental that execution leaders will faced. Most important of all, the results are of great significance to the field of cultural-Industry for marketing manipulation.
