The incentive travel industry contributes US$40 billion to the global economy in a year. As a vehicle to stimulate and motivate people to improve business performance, it succeeds or not with participators’ satisfaction. This research discusses the relationship of service quality, perceived value, and satisfaction on incentive travel. By convenience sampling, obtains 327 effective samples. Based on the data analyzed in this study, three conclusions had been made. 1. The service quality of incentive travel has positive effect on the satisfaction of incentive travel. 2. The service quality of incentive travel has positive effect on the perceived value of incentive travel. 3. The perceived value of incentive travel has positive effect on the satisfaction of incentive travel.
