By secondary data and ex post facto research, we select 227 professor of management at public and private universities as our sample. Results revealed the following:(1)the higher of professor’s mentor relation, the higher of professional SSCI and TSSCI academic achieved.(2)the higher of professor’s mentor relation, the lower of professional SCI academic achieved.(3)the higher of organizational career support, the higher of professional SSCI and TSSCI academic achieved.(4) the higher of organizational career support, the lower of professional SCI academic achieved.(5)different kind of organizational career support made a difference in the professor’s important journal publication.
