Besides, psychological contract is the foundation to balance the relationship of the employer and employee. If this foundation were destroyed, psychological contract breach would be generated. There was few studies explored the influence on knowledge sharing. Thus, basing on the social cognitive theory, psychological contract breach as environment factor, knowledge sharing intention as people factor, and knowledge sharing behavior as behavior factor, this article attempts to explore whether psychological contract breach via knowledge sharing intention to effect knowledge sharing behavior, and verify the moderation role of locus of control and organizational psychological ownership between psychological contract breach and knowledge sharing intention. In this study, employees in motorcycle manufacture industry as the research samples; data was collected from 50 supply chain firms and a total of 350 valid samples were found. The results of this study were described as follows: 1. There has a significant negative relationship between psychological contract breach and employee knowledge sharing intention. 2. There has a significant postive relationship between employee knowledge sharing intention and employee knowledge sharing behavior. 3. Knowledge sharing intention mediates the relationship between psychological contract breach and employee knowledge sharing behavior. 4. The moderation effect of internal locus of control on the relationship between psychological contract breach and employee knowledge sharing intention is significant, but external locus of control has no significant effect. 5. The moderation effect of organizational psychological ownership on the relationship between psychological contract breach and employee knowledge sharing intention is significant.
