Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 科技應用與人力資源發展學系人力資源碩士在職進修專班 === 99 === The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between employee achievement motivation, supervisor’s support, job involvement and employee career success in the high-tech industry. A survey was employed and 300 questionnaires were distributed to four high-tech corporations and 256 valid questionnaires were collected consequently the following findings conclusions are obtained: (1) Achievement motivation can positivly predict job involvement. (2) Supervisor’s support can positivly predict job involvement. (3) Achievement motivation can positively predict career success. (4) Supervisor’s support can positivly predict career success. (5) Job involvement can positively predict career success. (6) Job involvement has partial mediating effect between achievement motivation and career success. (7) Job involvement has partial mediating effect between supervisor’s support and career success. According to the result of the study, if the achievement motivation and supervisor’s support could be more possessed from staffs, the job involvement would be promoted into staffs which would induct the employee’s career success.
