The enhancement of disadvantaged children’s abilities and teachers’ professional skills is accomplished through the intervention of teaching strategies. This research is based on the case study method, where approaches including observations, semi-structured interviews, documents and files were applied in data collection. There are three aspects to the research data analysis: the first aspect is identifying problems during the process of implementing the IEP objective and propose improvement strategies; the second aspect is to observe and evaluate the performance of children’s abilities during the process of implementing the objective, while the third aspect is the enhancement of teachers’ professional skills after implementing the objective. There are three outcomes to this research: (1) During the process of implementing the objective, kindergarten teachers attempted to identify the problems and resolve them through collaboration with professional team members. (2) The ability of the speech-disadvantaged children was enhanced; however, the effectiveness of resolving emotional and behavioral issues of ADHD children was limited. (3) Teachers’ professional skills were enhanced during the process of implementation.
