Then customer who waits for a long time will form the unsatisfaction , and influences the degree of the satisfaction to whole service at the same time. Therefore, the person who acceptst the degree of service will make his decision to go again in the future. The research object of this study is consumers of bank of Taiwan. Fill in with consumer's questionnaire investigation, probe into the relation among quality of bank, the consciousness of waiting time ,and relations of customer's tolerating degree of waiting to satisfaction of bank. Adopt the SPSS for Windows 12.0 software of counting to carry on analysis, including descriptive statistics analysis, T test, Multiple hierarchical regression analysis, and Variance analyzing. Investigated by this research and found: (1)Customer's situation satisfaction has negative effect on customer consciousness of waiting time. (2) Customer's situation satisfaction has positive effect on the satisfaction of bank. (3) customer consciousness of waiting time has negative effect on the satisfaction to bank.
