The employee’s job satisfaction will influence the organizations and the higher the job satisfaction, the more they will help the other colleagues. Therefore, the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) occurs. However, the researcher would like to explore that the organizational identification is a mediator between job satisfaction and OCB. The research surveyed 400 questionnaires and 351 returned. The results explored that organizational identification is the mediator between job satisfaction and OCB.
