In the presence of the low birth rate and educational localization, the school’s executive staff has to promote the educational quality in order to ensure the long term development of school. By using Balanced Scorecard (BSC), the purpose of this study is to construct indicators of school management with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for L junior high school in Taichung City. The overall evaluation of the indicators and management implications are also discussed in the study. The results of the study are as follows: 1.The importance ranking in four indicators in this study shows: student perspective>teacher’s learning and growth perspective>administrative process perspective>financial perspective. 2.The importance ranking in four indicators of financial perspective is: financial management of school>maintenance of school equipment>expenditure budget of school>development in school finance. 3.The importance ranking in four indicators of administrative process perspective is: improvement of administrative effectiveness>coordination and communication between administrative affairs of school>teacher appraisal and evaluation>coordination in teachers. 4.The importance ranking in four indicators of student perspective is: learning achievement for students>personal development for students>student’s enrollment intention>parents' needs. 5.The importance ranking in four indicators of teacher’s learning and growth perspective is: empowerment and motivation>teacher in-service education>advancement of teacher’s profession>advancement of teacher’s information literacy.
