It investigates this topic through a range of interviews with experts in the field. The results suggest that this change is prolonged and extensive, especially since it is initiated from the institutions’ directors, who seemingly oblige teachers to accept such changes. These changes affect teaching as well as attitudes in early-childhood education, allowing greater professionalism. The result of the study shows 1.There are three transitional phases: a.Educational Instruction, b.Development, and c.Meeting the objectives. 2.A new chapter created through the director and teachers 2.1 Four movements are proposed: a. Strengthening a realistic approach to change b. Partnering to achieve this c. Develop teachers’ ability d. Succeed in the development of school-based curriculum 2.2 Difficulties faced a. Teachers lack ability and willingness to participate after work. b. The change comes from director, not the teachers. c. Teachers’ previous experiences leave them unwilling to participate in the changes. d. The teachers are happy with the current curriculum e. Parent's opinions on disciplinary-teaching method 3.The changes of these elements are: a. partnered with professional abilities and planning b.
