Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === The study aims to investigate the influences of teachers’ professional learning communities on person-job fit and explore the effects of work stress on teachers’ professional learning communities and person-job fit. The subjects of the study are junior high school teachers in Taichung City,14 school in different districts are included. The sample was made up of 360 teachers. We analyzed the data by using hierarchical regression analysis. The results indicated that teachers’ professional learning communities are positively associated with person-job fit. Though work stress showed no obvious obstruction to the fitness of the supply-demand for teachers’ professional learning communities, it disturbed the fitness of the ability-demand for teachers’ professional learning communities. Theoretical and managerial implications are also provided.
