The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the intention of temporary employees to use the human resource management system of dispatched work agenciesand the moderating effect of incentives on the intention. This research, based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB),explores the intention of temporary employees to use the system by three main aspects of subjective norms of the employees using the system, the attitude of using system and perceived ease of using system. The Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior (DTPB)and expectancy theory are also used to design the study architecture and to propose research hypotheses. The results showed that the client company influence, the dispatched work agencies influence, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use are the main factors that affect the intention of temporary employees using the system when offering the incentives. The moderating effect of incentives enhances influence of client company, perceived usefulness, and self-efficacy.On the other hand, incentives reduce the influence of dispatched work agencies, perceived ease of use, compatibility, and facilitating conditions of using system. Overall, incentives have the most significant moderating effect on the client company influence, the dispatched work agencies influence, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use.
