Treats, crowding-out, and work overtime in workplace are belonged to “Workplace Bullying”. “Workplace bullying” may due to interpersonal conflict expanding, diminish by seeking supervisor support, and affect the employees’ well-being and turnover intention. However, previous researchers did not in-depth discuss. Therefore, this study will be for employees in the workplace, investigate the relationships among supervisor support, interpersonal conflict, workplace bullying, well-being and turnover intention. Therefore, the purpose of this proposal is to discuss the relationships among the above variables. The survey method and SEM (Structural Equation Model) will be used in this study. The valid sample is 312 people working full time in this study. Results of this study showed as follows: (1) There was a negative relationship between supervisor support and workplace bullying. (2) There was a positive correlation between interpersonal conflict and workplace bullying. (3) There was a negative relationship between interpersonal conflict and well-being. (4) There was a negative relationship between workplace bullying and well-being. (5) There was a positive correlation between workplace bullying and turnover intention. (6) There was a negative relationship between well-being and turnover intention. Finally, the conclusions of the study were well explored.
