Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the relationship between of the tea chain store staff training and turnover situation. The researcher use quantitative survey to analysis the employees’ attitudes of staff training and turnover in tea china store. The important variables are the content and manner of the staff training, and the intention and factors of turnover. In this study, valid questionnaires were collected 298. The results showed as follows: 1. Employees believe that the effectiveness of the apprenticeship training system is useful. 2. Staff will consider the turnover factors is the salary and benefits 3. The higher effectiveness in method of meeting to discuss and job rotation, the lower turnover intention. 4. The higher scores in stability and reasonableness, the lower scores in staff turnover staff training. Based on the above findings, the researcher puts forward some suggestions to improve the turnover problem.
