Therefore, this study was to investigate the relationships among the reward satisfied, psychological contract and work passion. The main reason is working extremely important part in the live. If the employee and the organization to build a good relationship, and willing to work, then conferred with the value will be meaningful. However, work passion has not yet been fully discussed and verification, so this study will be to explore further. The results are as follows: 1.Reward satisfied have significant influences on psychological contract. 2.Psychological contract have significant influences on work passion. 3.Reward satisfied have significant influences on work passion. 4.Psychological contract have significant mediating effect on the relationship between reward satisfied and work passion.
