What also examined is the moderation effect of the supervisor’s authentic leadership toward the relationship between perceived psychological contract breach and negative emotion-resistance attitude. We use the general staff of field units of the R.O.C. Army as sample. There were 550 copies of questionnaire sent to the military officers and 416 samples were valid. The analysis result shows that employee perceived psychological contract breach has a positive relationship toward resistance toward organizational change; the organizational change has a positive relationship toward employee job burnout. Further, resistant attitude toward organizational change partial mediates the relationship between psychological contract breach and job burnout. Furthermore, the supervisor’s authentic leadership do not have effect on the relationship among perceived psychological contract breach, resistant attitude toward organizational change and job burnout. In the end, we discuss its academic and management applications.
