Semi-structured interview was used to explore 12 interviewees, consisting of three students with visually impairment, three parents, two itinerant teachers for the visually-impaired in Taichung City, two homeroom teachers in normal classes, and two school administrators. The above Interview contents are transcribed, coded, and analyzed. Findings are as follows: 1.Current situations of school supportive systems in normal junior high schools (1) students, teachers, and parents hold positive attitudes toward the arrangement in normal classes for visuallyly-impaired students. (2)some school administrators and teachers in normal classes are lack of positive attitudes to accept the visuallyly-impaired students (3) itinerant teachers’ working loads are heavy and their commitments to work are uncertain. 2.Visually impaired students’ learning effects in normal junior high schools (1) visually impaired students’ learning effects are influenced by the students and their parents’ attitudes. (2)mathematics, physics and graphic materials are difficult for visually impaired students to learn. (3)visually impaired students are frustrated about their low performance in mock exam. 3.visually impaired students’ learning needs in normal junior high schools (1) they need more learning support from special educational assistants. (2) the nee more professional counseling service. (3)they need more complementary materials for opportunities of afterschool learning practice.
