The methodology of this study used a questionnaire to investigate family cultural capital and digital learning opportunities among Pingtung county junior-high students. A total of 551 valid samples were collected. Five conclusions were researched: (1) students’ digital learning opportunities present medium phenomenon. The mean scores of IT application and literacy are higher than IT approaching; (2) the input of family culture capital represents a lower phenomenon. The input of internal capital is lower than external capital; (3) digital learning opportunities for high cultural capital of students was significantly higher than students with low cultural capital; (4) there is a partial significant impact on the input of the family cultural capital and cognitive style for digital learning opportunities; (5) the mediator effect of IT literacy was found on the IT approaching and application; (6) the hypothesized model was proven by confirmatory factor analysis results that the model with moderately good;(7) the cognitive styles of students have no significant inference between family cultural capital and digital learning opportunities.
