Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 特殊教育學系碩士班 === 100 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the status of innovative teaching and teacher-student relationship, their correlation, and their differences among personal variables of elementary school special education teachers in Taipei City. To achieve these purposes, this study used “The Questionnaire of special education teacher’s innovative teaching and teacher-student relationship in Taipei City” as data collected tool. The samples were adopted the teachers at elementary of special education in Taipei City. Among the total 257 questionnaire, 240 copies were valid and availability was 89.9%. Data processing of this study, used various statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, Independent-samples T test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation to analyze the data. Base on the results of the research, the conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. The status of elementary special education teacher’s innovative teaching and teacher-student relationship were good. 2. The significant variations was found at the general performance of elementary special education teacher’s innovative teaching on the different backgrounds of education level, and there were no significant different exist in gender, years of service and teach classes. 3. The significant variations was found at the general performance of elementary special education teacher’s teacher-student relationship on the different background of education level, and there were no significant different exist in gender, years of service and teach classes. 4. Positive relationship was shown between the innovative teaching and teacher-student relationship of elementary special education teacher. In the end, according to the research results mentioned above, provided some suggestions to special educational authorities, special teachers and follow-up researchers.
