social welfare nonprofit organizations faced with multiple demands and complexity of
works, the responsibility of full time staff carrying pressure and rapidly changing
crisis management, if constructed to be sufficient to show the social welfare orgainzation’s characteristic of organizational culture and the pairing mechanism will be helpful to full time staffs adapt to the organization and empower them development ability, and enable the organizations to internal integration and external adaptation.
Thus, this paper attempts to explore the impact of organizational culture on full
time staff management of social welfare nonprofit organizations, to understanding the
organizational culture characteristics of social welfare nonprofit organizations as well
as their differences between full time staff managementn of social welfare nonprofit
organizations caused by the different cognitive and practices for similar organizations
reference. The research methods involved literatures review and qualitative interviews.
There are three analysis elements of organizational culture: organizational missiondisseminate way, burea chie’s behaviour, full time staff’s interaction and it’s based onthe strength of the degree of the three elements characteristics and empirical datas.
Research findings have indicated that organizational culture type of social
welfare nonprofit organizations include:open organizational culture, autonomous
organizational culture, creative organizational culture, supportive organizational
culture. Then, the social welfare nonprofit organizational mission disseminate way,
primarily through full time staff management syshtem and displayed an important
basis for organizational culture, burea chie’s behaviour pass the organizational culture
and impact on full time staff management directly. Finally, full time staff’s interaction
concentrat consensus and esprit for display the effect of full time personnel management.
