Sensitivity enhancement of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) fiber sensor using a Au/Ni two-metal structure
碩士 === 大同大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 100 === In two-metal SPR structure, a nickel (Ni) thin film was deposited under the gold film by sputtering. It not only improved the sensitivity of SPR sensors but also strengthened the adhesion between the Au film and fiber surface.
