Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共政策研究所 === 101 === This study seeks to understand Taichung City junior high school teachers’ cognition to friendly campus plan and anti–bullying policy. In the study, the researcher analyzed the opinions of the junior high school teachers from different background. The opinions are about school counseling work and friendly campus plan. The researcher explored the relationship between the two, and then made recommendations. The research used questionnaires as research methods. The subjects were 101 Academic Year Taichung City junior high school teachers. This study collected a total of 16 schools and a total of 480 questionnaires were sent. The resulting data was analyzed by SPSS for Windows 20.0 software to conduct descriptive statistics, item analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and other statistical methods. The conclusions are summarized as follows: I.The cognition to law of the teachers in Taichung Central District about bullying behavior is significantly higher than that of the teachers in mountainous areas. II.The cognition to anti-bullying policy of the teachers in Taichung Central District is significantly higher than that of the teachers in Taichung Tun District. III.Male teachers’ cognition to anti-bullying policy about the implementation level is significantly higher than female teachers’. IV.The cognition to anti-bullying policy of the teachers in Taichung Central District about the implementation level is significantly higher than that of the teachers in Taichung Tun District. V.All levels about friendly campus plan and anti–bullying policy are mostly with relevance. Finally, this study made relevant specific recommendations for teachers, school authorities, educational administration authorities and subsequent researchers.
