Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 101 === In this study, using three high vaulting boxes (30cm,40cm、50cm) and the same load twice a week for a period of 12 weeks plyometric jump training. In progress training, recording and analyzing the test scores from per two weeks. The testing items including speed quality for 30m、horizontal displacement power quality for standing long jump and displacement power quality for vertical jump. Data were processed using One-way ANOVA with repeated measures in SPSS. The results showed: (1)There was significant difference between speed quality for 30m’s pretest and posttest comparisons. (2)There was significant difference between horizontal displacement power quality for standing long jump’s pretest and posttest comparisons. (3)There was no significant difference between vertical displacement power quality for vertical jump’s pretest and posttest comparisons.
