However, the conflict between interpersonal interactions still exists, so the occurrence of conflict is an inevitable phenomenon. The occurrence of conflict could have a negative impact on the team but relatively it can also generate the appropriate vitality for the team. Therefore, it would bring positive impact to the entire team if team could employ the conflict properly. The trust between teams is not only a critical factor in the team operation but also an important footstone in the entire team performance. As a result, how to reduce the conflict on the negative impact of interpersonal trust is considered as an important issue. The communication mode of each team may be slightly different. Hence, how to reduce the conflict on the negative impact of interpersonal trust is a very important issue. Each team may be slightly different, good communication can facilitate team to develop steadily, so it is worth studying the effect between team conflict and interpersonal trust by communication. Currently, the whole industrialized environment is becoming intense because the traditional organizational structure can not rapidly respond to the change of environment and the needs of customers. Firms should respond the external environment rapidly. So the team performance plays a more important role in the team performance that the companies need a quick response to the external environment. The study focuses on exploring team conflict, interpersonal trust, communication and team performance in electronic industries. The study adopted questionnaire survey, which referred to some scales established by domestic and foreign scholars, and measure the reliability and validity its overall Cronbach’s α values are above .839. We distributed 613 questionnaires and a total of 414 valid questionnaires, the available rate of 67.54%. The main findings of the empirical research were as follows: Team conflict has a negative significant impact on interpersonal trust. Interpersonal of cognition-based trust has a related positive significant impact on team performance. More importantly, Interpersonal of cognition-based trust yields mediate effect on team conflict and team performance.
