Human resource is the most valuable asset of organization and enterprise wants to perpetual going-concern that emphasis on human resource development is the best strategy to get the competitive advantage. Organizational Identification is an organization attitude by enterprise's members, when the worth be internalized into every member's mind that the individual can have subjective feeling to connection the organization and then achieve organization goal. Scholars of organizational behavior found a number of organization's members are enthusiastic, responsible and never thinking about their personal gains and losses. Although these people's behavior is not direct to the organization's performance it increases cooperative spirit and productivity gradually. This study aims to understand the Organizational Identification of S Corporation employees whether it would impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The conclusions are reference for human resource department to enhance the competitiveness and performance of enterprises.
