| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 觀光事業學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === This study used the SERVQUAL and important-performance analysis to explore Research on the Service Quality of Tour Bus in Kinmen County There were 23 basic elements to construct the reseach questions. The questionnaires were survey of the tourists who take the tour bus. Questionnaire were collected 390 valid questionnares (response rate 78%). The results reveal that qualities were perceived as most important were as follows: ‘Q6: Kinmen Tour Bus management units to provide reliable travel information’, and ‘Q14: Staff with professional knowledge and ability’. Based on the findings shared here, this study makes some recommendations for enhancing service quality of tour bus in the Kinmen Country.
